Rate Notes
Peak Period
During the peak period between 31st July 2010 to 28th August 2010 the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
Utilities
The charge for utilities is based on a meter reading throughout the year, payable onsite.
Linen
All bedding and bed linen with the exception of cot bedding and cot linen is provided free of charge. When a property is being rented for more than one week clients may liaise directly with the caretaker if fresh bed linen is required. A nominal fee may apply for these additional services.
Towels
Towels are not provided as standard. If guests would prefer not to bring their own they are available at an additional charge. One set of towels to include one hand towel and one bath towel is available at a charge of €2 per set, payable onsite.
Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Every effort will be made to provide these items but guests should remind the caretaker of their request when calling to make arrangements for checking in. There is a charge of €10 per item reserved, payable onsite.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.
Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply. For Bank Holiday weekends the security deposit increases to €500. This is handled by way of a pre-authorized payment (not collected). There will be no claim on this amount once the terms of the rental have been complied with and the house has been left as it should be.
